XPward Support
Need help with XPward? Start with the quick fixes below or contact us directly. This page covers account access, sign-in, syncing, avatars, password resets, and account deletion.
Can't sign in?
Check your internet connection, confirm the email/password you used, or retry Google/Apple sign-in with the same provider used when the account was created.
Forgot your password?
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. A reset email is sent to the address associated with your XPward account.
Progress not syncing?
Keep XPward open for a moment on a stable connection, then reopen the app. Confirm you are signed into the expected account.
Avatar or profile help
Open Settings/Profile and tap the profile image to choose an XPward avatar, take a photo, or select an image from your photo library.
Account and sign-in help
Email and password
Make sure you are using the same email address used when you created the account. Passwords are case-sensitive. If needed, use the password-reset option rather than repeatedly guessing.
Google Sign-In
Choose Continue with Google and select the Google account linked to your XPward account. XPward does not ask for or store your Google account password.
Sign in with Apple
Choose Sign in with Apple and use the Apple Account associated with your XPward account. If you selected Hide My Email, Apple may provide XPward with a private relay address instead of your normal email address.
Cloud sync and progress
XPward synchronizes supported account data with its cloud backend. If progress appears delayed:
- Confirm the device has a working internet connection.
- Make sure you are signed into the correct XPward account.
- Leave the app open briefly so pending requests can complete.
- Close and reopen XPward.
- If the issue persists, contact support and describe which screen or item is not syncing.
Notifications and device permissions
Notification, camera, and photo-library access can be changed from iOS Settings. XPward may request these permissions only when a feature needs them, such as reminders, taking a profile photo, or selecting an image from your library.
Delete your XPward account
You can request permanent account deletion directly inside the iOS app. Open More / Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
Account deletion is intended to permanently remove the XPward account and associated active cloud data as described in the Privacy Policy. After deletion, creating an account again with the same email creates a new XPward account and previously deleted progress may not be recoverable.
TestFlight and beta builds
If you are testing XPward through TestFlight, the build may contain pre-release changes. TestFlight builds expire after Apple’s testing period. If a beta stops installing or launching after expiration, install a newer available build or the public App Store version when available.
